The Six Star Strategic Income Fund (the “Fund”) is a wholly owned and managed diversified investment fund operated by the proprietary investment management and advisory company Six Star Holdings LLC. Established as an Arizona Company on May 20, 2020, it commenced investment operations on the same date. Ownership of the Fund is private and is funded entirely by the private funds of its owners.
Mission Statement
Our basic premise is simple: To generate excess current income and capital appreciation well in excess of debt service.
We are achieving this growth by strategically deploying capital across a diversified range of closed-end funds, income ETFs, ETNs, and options that generate reliable monthly cash returns.
We are concentrating our efforts on managing equity assets for current income. These assets have a combined positive cash flow of 20–30% unlevered. We have an aggressive reinvestment plan that focuses on income growth and the return of loaned capital. We will continue to build current income and portfolio value over the next five years, with a target of doubling the portfolio assets every 3–4 years.

Investment Objectives
The Fund’s primary aim is current income, with capital appreciation as a secondary objective. However, there’s no guarantee that these objectives will be achieved. The Fund’s investment adviser picks securities based on a practical income and growth approach. The Fund seeks investments that offer steady cash flows through dividends, liquid options, and long-term growth at reasonable prices, no matter the sector, country, or industry.
